As an educator, it is vital that I maintain ongoing self reflection in order to enhance and drive my instruction. It is imperative to cultivate positive and frequent communication with families. I will continue to nurture positive relationships with staff, administration, and students. I will further my professional development and enhance the school community with my positive energy and enthusiasm.
